The Film Marketplace Birmingham 2015

We are pleased to announce that The Producers’ Forum will be running The Film Marketplace and would like to invite you to be a part of it.
Are you looking to pitch for development or production finance, sales or distribution? Applications are now being accepted for the marketplace, part of Get My Film to the Market initiative.
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS - 24th SEPTEMBER 2015.
The event is taking place in Birmingham City Centre on Thursday 29th OCTOBER 2015.
We are inviting 10 investors, Broadcasters, Sales Agents and Distributors to meet selected filmmakers with projects looking for potential partners. They will be holding one-to-one meetings with filmmakers from noon to 6.30pm.

- BritDoc
- Cascade Media
- Lionsgate
- MovieHouse Entertainment
- Starline Entertainment
In addition, you will have a chance to network with the film community and speak to various suppliers in the marketplace, who will be hosting stands.
This programme is supported by Creative Skillset’s Film Skills Fund, which is funded by the BFI with National Lottery funds, through the Skills Investment Fund.

The last day to apply is midday 24th September 2015.
Criteria/eligibility
• A max of THREE projects can be submitted
• Projects MUST have at least a fully developed DOCUMENTARY TREATMENT, ANIMATION CONCEPTS/ PITCH PACK OR COMPLETED SCRIPT in ENGLISH
• Projects must have a UK-based PRODUCER
• If selected, you will be invoiced and your payment of £75 PF Members, £100 Non PF Members is required by 7 October.
• Projects that are at a more advanced stage of development with attachments will be deemed more market ready and therefore given priority.
Do not send any additional material other than what is requested on the form.
