About me

Steffan Aquarone is a young entrepreneur who has established several businesses in the creative sector in Birmingham over the past six years.

As a founding director of Fullrange Steff was involved in developing some of the company's high-profile key accounts. Fullrange is now an award-winning digital film production and post-production facility. Steff is also a director of the Producers' Forum, a member-led business for Regional film & TV producers, a trustee of 100 year-old Cadbury children's charity BAYC and co-owns feature-film production house Immense Productions with best-selling comedy writer Guy Browning.

Steff is now the owner of Venio Services which works with early start-up businesses to help them achieve their first year's strategy. This includes working on the ground to build systems and procedures, acting as ambassador to help bring in sales, and recruiting a management team to take the business forwards.

Steff is experienced in management of small businesses and raising investment for creative companies and has a reputation for delivering engaging performances in interviews and keynote speeches. Steff graduated from the University of Warwick with a BA (Hons) in 2006 and became a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in 2007.
